Denise Tomasetti: Co-Creator/ Writer/ Talent

Denise is a born raised New Yorker who is the Author of “Food Talks, I Loved Them, They Left Me, But I Got Their Mothers’ Recipes.” 2014.

​

Denise’s Producer credits are: Executive Producer, with Choice Films on “Junction.” A multiple-award winning dramatic Feature with a theatrical release in 2013 and a wide release on DVD/VOD 2014.  

                                       

Her love for the theater led her to be the Co-Producer with Choice Theatricals for the play “Crazy Head Space” at the T. Schreiber Studio, in NYC, 2009. She also has worked as a Talent Agent with Thirdhill Entertainment, representing a finalist for NBC’s “Americas Got Talent”, 2008.

Denise is a member of SAG (Screen Actors Guild) and AEA (Actor’s Equity Association.)

Acting credits include: Web series, “The Day John Lennon Died.” Independent Films:  “The Audition” and “Clockwise” NYU.

Off Broadway credits: Cast as Tina in “Tony & Tina’s Wedding,” Boston. MA, and as the lead Denise, in “Gender Wars” at The Samuel Beckett Theater, NYC.

Her comedic talent lander her as a Writer as A Fashion Police Critic, US Weekly Magazine. 2000.

Her love for Stand-Up comedy was welcomed as she performed at The Comedy Store, LA. The NY Comedy Club, NYC, and Catch A Rising Star, NYC.

She studied acting with Bill Alderson, Sandy Meisner’s assistant from The Neighborhood Play House, NYC, as well as attending classes at The Groundlings Improvisational School, LA.

Manuela Metri: Director/ Co-Creator

In the past 20 years Manuela has been living between Rome and Los Angeles. Her USA Company, RedBox Productions, has played an important role as a liaison between both countries in coproduction projects and in scouting for new material in theatres around the US. 

After graduating in 1985 at the prestigious Drama school "Laboratorio di Gigi Proietti", she continued as an actress to study and work at The Strasberg Institute of Los Angeles, where she is still an active member/supporter.

Manuela is a member of SAG (Screen Actors Guild) and AEA (Actor’s Equity Association.)

In the beginning of her career, NBC cast her for a recurring role on the soap opera Santa Barbara. Manuela has also had the pleasure of working with great artists on stage in Los Angeles, from Liza Minnelli to Anna Strasberg, Phyllis Carlyle, Beverlee Dean.

Her greatest challenge has been Producing / Directing and adapting and translating of the fabulous worldwide American show "Menopause The Musical” for the European market in Italy; with an all-star cast and a five year run. (Still the only Production of MTM in Europe.)

​

Manuela’s other Director credits include, several stage plays and three Italian plays "Play With Music" with well know Italian Artist Marisa Laurito. “ La Scapricciata a Sicilian” a tale with 60 actors/dancers/singers, Neil Labutte's "The Shape of Things", as well as Produced, Created and Directed the opening show of the Italian touring Festival "Act Italy."  Recently has Co-Written and Produced a one man show in English for the Jubilee year in Rome called "How to Become Italian in 59 minutes." She is scheduled to Produce and Direct the show in Los Angeles summer 2017.

For the European Community she has Written, Developed and Directed a unique News program for “Social Integration through communication."

Manuela is a published Co-Author having written along with Fioretta Mari the best seller "Manual Ciao Artista” tools for Actors, a book published by Salani.  Her motto: AMA CHI SEI.
